The S&M Pitchfork XLT for 14 inch bikes uses the same build as the rest of the XLT range: double butted, tapered 4130 chromoly legs, laser cut dropouts with a 3/8" slot and a one piece CNC machined 4130 chromoly steerer with an integrated bearing race and an extruded 6061 insert.

Steerer length is 166mm with an M24 x 1.5 compression thread and a 6mm allen slot. Axle to crown height on the 14 inch version is 242mm with 33mm of offset, the fork is 4Q baked after welding, and clearance tops out at a 2.4" S&M tyre.
